Types of Websites that are NOT ALLOWED:

No Redirected websites - You must specify the exact url you are advertising. We do not accept any type of Redirects from one url to another. We had no choice but to enforce this due to cheaters.

Installation Boxes - Sites that force installation of a Dialer or any other program will be removed.
 

NO PAID TO PROMOTE WEBSITES OR PTP POPUPS - these cause too many problems such as frame breakers, too many popups, stops members from surfing because they take so long to open, etc.

One Popup is allowed - Sites, which automatically register themselves as a starting site or Bookmark, will be removed.

No Dialog Boxes - These can stop the members from earning hits.

No Url Rotators - Url rotators are very nice for advertising purposes but since we can not track each of these sites we can not allow url rotators. We have tried in the past but too many members abused this option.

No Fly In ads - These slow down members from surfing, some even stop users from surfing. Fly in ads were even the cause of system down time for Traffic Racer

Erotic or other adult sites not allowed on TrafficRacer.com - We are a family site for all ages. People let our auto surf run on their computer and I do not want their kids walking by the computer and seeing the disgusting images that are displayed on the internet.

No Hacker or Warez sites are permitted because of the legitimacy of these websites.

No FrameBreakers - We do not allow sites which Break Frames. These types of websites stop members from surfing and earning credits. The offending website will be removed and a deduction of 1000 credits for submitting a frame breaker will occur.

English Speaking Websites only - Each website must contain at least 75% English text or the website will be denied.

Page could not be displayed - Any error that stops us from viewing your website such as "page could not be displayed", "domain is inactive", "bandwidth exceeded", etc...will be placed on hold for your benefit. This so you do not lose credits and our exchange does not fill up with with useless error'd websites.

Use common sense - If your websites stops members from surfing or could offend someone please do not submit. If you have a question about a site please email us.

Note: We reserve the right to ban any site that we see as inappropriate from all of our services.

TrafficRacer.com is not responsible for the contents or pictures on sites shown in the exchange. We dissociate ourselves hereby totally from these contents.

We reserve the right to exclude persons without reason from our membership. But rarely to so, usually only in cases of abusing our system.

Normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind.

Only one Account permitted per person.

"Spam" is forbidden. We do not permit unwanted advertisement in the form of e-mails to recruit entries in newsgroups and forums to generate Referrals. If you spam to advertise Traffic Racer and our site is shutdown or we experience any type of loss you agree to repay our loss with no exceptions.

We reserve the right to change the offered services at any time. The members will be informed of these changes by email.

For breaking any of our terms and agreements you agree to allow us to remove up to all of your credits from your account for any incident. We usually only remove around 100, but depending on the severity of the crime we make take more.

You accept that from time to time we send you a newsletter informing you about new services or other related items from our Company. You also accept to receive advertisements from members or programs we believe will benefit you.

No auto responders or bounced emails are allowed to be provided as a contact email address. IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BOUNCES OR YOU HAVE AN AUTO RESPONDER YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED! NO QUESTIONS! For the free service we provide to you all we ask in return is for us to be able to contact you.

We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time without previous announcement. This is communicated to each user, and he must accept the changed Terms in order to be able to participate further. If the user accepts the changes, these become immediately effective. If the user does not accept the changed Terms, he is not further entitled to participate. Any accumulated "assets" are lost thereby.

It is the responsibility of each member to know what the terms and agreements are, even if we change the Terms without any announcement. So please check this page on occasion.
